$7.5M in Seed Investments and ex-US Launch of dShare Platform

We're excited to share two significant milestones with our community. Today, we've successfully closed seed investments totaling $7.5 million, and we're launching our dShare platform outside of the US.

We have received backing from venture capital and strategic investors including Third Kind Venture Capital (3kVC), SPEILLLP, a member of the Susquehanna International Group of companies, 500 Global, Balaji Srinivasan, Sancus Ventures, and Version One VC.

Dinari became a registered SEC transfer agent in 2022 and is pursuing other licenses to expand their offering with the influx of capital. Dinari is focused on becoming the trusted standard for real-world asset backed tokens.

About the dShare Platform

The dShare Platform is designed to provide transparent blockchain transactions, immutable proof of ownership (important in so many countries), the ability to transact with your crypto wallet, composability with other blockchain products, and instant settlement.

Across the world, in countries like Mexico or Thailand, the percentage of population with a brokerage account is relatively small (<1%) but the percentage of the population that owns blockchain wallets can be as large as 5-10%. In fact, in some countries where the trust in the central government and banking is low, it may be prohibitively expensive to gain any exposure to corporate equity investing. By tokenizing publicly traded corporate equity securities, the dShare Platform is designed to enable users outside the US to gain exposure to publicly traded corporate equity securities in a trusted and safe manner.

The dShare platform is designed to programmatically ensure 1:1 backing of the tokens with the matching underlying securities. Dinari also provides public access to trades and total vault holdings  per asset to promote transparency.
