Dinari dShare tokens are not available for sale or redemption in your country. Please see our documentation for more details.
The partnership combines Bitcoin.com’s global distribution with Dinari’s tokenized equities infrastructure to deliver direct access to over 300 U.S. equities and ETFs, enabling seamless trading, instant settlement, and portfolio management within a single wallet experience.

Bitcoin.com is partnering with Dinari to bring tokenized U.S. equities and ETFs to its global user base. Through the integration, users of the Bitcoin.com Wallet, which has created over 84 million self-custody wallets, will be able to buy, sell, and hold dShares™, Dinari’s tokenized public market securities, with access to more than 300 U.S. equities and ETFs. This includes widely held companies such as Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon (AMZN), NVIDIA (NVDA), Tesla (TSLA), and Google (GOOGL), along with ETFs that provide exposure to broader segments of the U.S. market.
Bitcoin.com users will also be among the first to access the S&P Digital Markets 50 Index token, built by Dinari in collaboration with S&P Dow Jones Indices. The index combines 35 U.S. public equities tied to digital markets with 15 leading cryptocurrencies into a single, rules-based instrument, giving investors exposure to both public companies and digital assets through one product.
U.S. equity markets account for nearly half of the $127 trillion in global equity market capitalization and remain the deepest and most liquid markets in the world, yet global access to them is largely restricted. For investors outside the United States, participation is often shaped by local brokerage limitations, restricted market hours, and operational friction that makes direct ownership more complex than it should be. This partnership combines the flexibility of digital assets with the regulatory protections and benefits of U.S. equity markets, delivering real U.S. stocks to a global investor base.
Bitcoin.com is the first platform to deploy the Dinari Embedded Trading App, a turnkey front end built for partners that want to offer dShares™ without building brokerage infrastructure from scratch. Inside the Bitcoin.com Wallet, users will be able to browse supported equities and ETFs, view market data, execute trades, and monitor portfolio performance from a single interface.
For Bitcoin.com, the integration adds U.S. equities and ETFs directly into an existing global wallet experience. For Dinari, it extends dShares™ into a consumer platform where more than 84 million self-custody wallets have been created.
Dinari’s model is designed to integrate with existing financial infrastructure rather than replace it. Each dShare™ is backed 1:1 by the underlying security and held with licensed custodians, while giving holders core economic rights such as dividends and execution aligned with national market standards. For investors, that means access to familiar U.S. market names with features that are difficult to offer through traditional brokerage rails, including fractional ownership, instant settlement, and support for trading beyond standard market hours for select assets.
The S&P Digital Markets 50 Index Token adds another layer by giving users a single way to access a diversified basket of digital-market equities and cryptocurrencies, rather than managing each position individually.
Initial availability will focus on users outside the United States, with U.S. expansion planned in the coming months.
The larger shift is simple: U.S. equities are beginning to move into the same environments where people already hold, trade, and manage digital assets. For global investors, that means access to public markets can become more direct, flexible, and easier to use without losing the structure and protections that make U.S. equities valuable in the first place.
