Dinari is bringing dShares™ to Arc, Circle’s Layer 1 blockchain for financial markets, expanding access to tokenized U.S. equities across another major financial network.

The launch builds on Dinari’s existing work with Circle and USDC. In August, Dinari launched more than 700 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs in the United States, enabling eligible U.S. investors to purchase dShares™ with USDC through supported self-custody wallets and receive eligible dividends in USDC.
With Arc mainnet, that relationship extends to the infrastructure layer, bringing dShares™ to a network designed around stablecoin-based financial activity.
Stablecoins have become an increasingly important settlement layer for blockchain-based financial markets. USDC, in particular, already serves as the dollar-denominated asset connecting payments, trading and other financial applications across blockchain networks.
Dinari’s work with Circle extends that infrastructure to equities.
Through dShares™, investors can use USDC to access tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, while developers and financial institutions can integrate those assets into their own products. Bringing dShares™ to Arc puts equities and USDC within the same financial environment and gives applications built on Arc access to Dinari’s tokenized equity infrastructure.
This comes as Dinari continues to expand the distribution of dShares™ across both markets and networks. dShares™ are available in more than 85 jurisdictions, including to eligible investors and businesses in the United States, and are currently supported across Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum and Base.
Arc adds another network to that footprint without changing the infrastructure behind the asset.
Bringing equities onto new financial infrastructure requires more than representing their price on a blockchain.
dShares™ are backed 1:1 by the corresponding underlying securities, with Dinari supporting the ongoing functions required throughout the life of the asset. That includes dividends, corporate actions, redemptions and voting where applicable. This structure is designed to preserve the economic rights and protections associated with traditional equities.
The Arc launch follows a significant expansion of Dinari and Circle’s work together.
When Dinari launched in the United States in August, USDC became a direct means of accessing dShares™ for eligible U.S. investors. The launch brought Dinari’s catalog of more than 700 tokenized stocks and ETFs, including the entire S&P 500, to investors and businesses in the U.S. for the first time.
Arc extends that work into a network built by Circle for financial markets.
For Dinari, the addition is part of a broader approach to distribution: one underlying securities infrastructure that can support equities across multiple networks, applications and markets as the ways investors access financial products continue to evolve.
