Kem Brings Tokenized U.S. Equities to Its Global Money Platform with Dinari

Kem has integrated Dinari’s dShares™, enabling eligible users in the Gulf region to access tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs directly through the Kem app.

U.S. equities are among the most widely held assets in the world, but accessing them from outside the United States can still be complicated. Investors often have to navigate international brokerage accounts, cross-border funding and market access that varies by country.

Kem is built to solve many of the same challenges in moving money globally. The app brings together USD transfers, crypto, gold and everyday spending in one place. Recognized in CNBC’s 2026 Top Fintech Companies report, Kem is designed to make it easier for users to hold, move and spend their assets across borders.

Now, through Dinari, it is adding access to U.S. equities. Kem has integrated dShares™, enabling eligible users in the Gulf region to access 724 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs directly through the Kem app. The integration brings U.S. equities into the same platform users already rely on to hold, move and spend their money.

Why dShares™?

Putting equities onchain is only part of the opportunity. What matters is what each token represents and the rights that come with it.

Dinari pioneered the custodial model for tokenized equities. Each dShare™ is directly linked to the corresponding underlying U.S. equity held with a licensed custodian. This structure is designed to preserve the economic and governance rights associated with the underlying equity, including dividends, corporate actions, fractional ownership and redemption at National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO), where applicable.

This allows investors to benefit from the accessibility of tokenization while maintaining the rights and protections associated with the underlying equities.

Bringing U.S. equities into Kem

Kem already gives users a single place to manage different types of assets and financial activity. Users can send USD globally, access crypto and gold, and spend through a Visa card accepted in more than 150 countries.

Through a single API integration, Dinari provides the underlying tokenization and brokerage infrastructure, enabling Kem to offer dShares™ directly through its own product. For users, that means they can access U.S. equities alongside the assets they already manage through Kem rather than opening and funding a separate investing platform.

Expanding access to U.S. markets

The U.S. equity market represents more than $75 trillion in value, with demand extending around the world. Yet access to that market still looks very different depending on where an investor lives and which financial products are available to them.

Dinari is building dShares™ to make U.S. equities available across more markets and financial environments while preserving the fundamental characteristics of the underlying equities.

The integration with Kem shows what that can look like in practice. A platform built to help users move and manage money globally can now offer U.S. equities alongside the other assets its customers already hold.

As tokenized equities continue to grow, access is only part of the equation. How those equities are structured, what sits behind them and what rights investors receive matter just as much. That is the foundation dShares™ are built on.
